You wanted another 3v3 tournament? You got it! We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Rally Social Sports in a joint effort of putting together a summer 3v3 basketball tournament. For all of the details and how to sign up, see below:
This tournament will be taking place on Saturday July 21st, 2018 at the Bridgewater Hoop Heaven (1 Easy St, Bridgewater, NJ).
Tournament Logistics/Rules/Etc.
- Tournament will go from 9am-4pm
- This tournament is open to the FIRST 20 teams to sign up
- It is for adults 21+
- Team fees are $125 per team (by June 20th)
- After June 20th, cost will increase to $140 per team
- Every team is guaranteed 4 games – 3 pool play games, all teams advance to single elimination playoffs
- There is one ref/scorekeeper assigned to each game
- Team roster can hold a max of 5 people
- Winners: Championship medals, a portion of the proceeds donated in your name to Layups 4 Life and a gift card towards post-celebratory events
- Silent Auction with awesome memorabilia available to bid on
- Each player to receive tournament t-shirt and other potential sponsor giveaways
Tournament Format:
- 3v3, roster can be mixed women and men – not required
- 1/2 court game; 4 simultaneous games played per time slot.
- Teams are made up of 4-5 players.
- Games are up to 25 min each – first team to 21 points is winner.
- Scoring is 1s and 2s (2s awarded to shots behind the arc) .
- Captains will receive schedule/full set of rules prior to game day for start times.
